Keep the experimental environment: temperature 15 ºC ~ 30 ºC, humidity 30% ~ 70%.
(1) Remove the kit and equilibrate at room temperature for 20 ~ 30 minutes.
(2) Add 2 drops of washing solution to the reaction well, and wait until the film completely wets the membrane.
(3) Add 50 μL of the test serum to the reaction well, and allow the liquid to be fully inhaled.
(4) Add 2 drops of washing solution to the reaction well, and wait for the liquid to be fully sucked in.
